Cancers take time to kill

Any treatment for a cancerous growth involves pain and time. The cancer in Iraq is no different. We've been limiting the treatment to avoid Iraqi casualties. We've made progress but now it's time to take the scalpel and do some cutting. A bit more time together with the more aggressive treatment will see Iraq begin to heal and get well. We look forward to seeing Iraq become a welcomed member into the society of free nations. Let's be a little patient and let the treatment work.
