Delegates be damned.........do we Democrats want the White House or not? How do we intend to do that with a candidate that cannot get strong hispanic and blue-collar white support? Without showing strength in the big battleground states? Obama's slim delegate lead (2%) does not entitle him to the opportunity to lose the White House. If the delegates in Florida and Michigan are seated, or the contests are re-run, Obama's delegate lead evaporates.....a lead that is predicated on a illusion. The Red state wins for Obama will not stay in his column , they will return to the Republican column. They give American voters a false impression of his strength. Most seasoned political strategists know this. We need to secure the traditional Democratic strongholds, New York and California, AND win the battleground states. Hillary's track record in these categories is perfect. Its about the White House Stupid! That's why we have super-delegates to use their common sense to settle a close contest.
