Thank you for the review of Nussbaum's new work. It is clear where Father Neuhaus is coming from in his review of her book, but he does allow some of the essence of her argument to come through his skewer. I do look forward to reading her book, not least because I wrote my law review note on the same topic. Moreover, I have been blogging about just this issue over at Wisdom of the West.
