historical documentation in the library of congress list a single justification for a citizen to be denied the right to keep and bear arms: a citizen shall not be allowed the use or ownership of arms if the individual is not trusted to defend their community,this can be determined through criminal activity or any other means determining they have no loyalty to their own homeland.
