Dear J G,

You totally miss my logic. Using your analogy, if I choose to have my good old friend (let's call him Parvez), who happens to be a convicted rapist and carries a big gun, stay with me in my guest house, wouldn't I be just a bit hypocritical raising a stink if another convicted rapist with a big gun (let's call him Mahmoud) moved in next door. Of course I would. Either you're for convicted rapists with big guns living in the neighborhood or against it. Sure I don't like it when I see Mahmoud oggling my wife, but maybe I should have given it a little more thought and considered the consequences before I let Parvez move in.
