I am more than a bit suspicious of Mr. Boldt's motivations in this issue. If the boy truely wants to be circumcised, in just the short period of five years, he can do it without courts, lawyers or anybody's permission. This seems more of an effort by Mr. Boldt to force this on his son when the son has little interest in it or actually objects to it.
