I think it would be right to mention the comfort inn Hotel which has long and patiently withstood the rough neighbourhood and tried to clean up the image of Long Island City. It exposes the nicer parts and people of long island ciyt to corporate and leisure travellers alike. these people would have never had the chance to experience Long island city if it wasn't for this hotel. I truly belive they have done an amazing job and should have been mentioned in this article as being the pioneers and visionaries.
