whither Amis?

As an admirer of Amis' fiction for about 20 years , I think this is probably the most reasoned and accurate analysis I have come across for his latest work. I have conflicting feelings - I believe at his best that he is some class of genius - at his worst , I believe that my 8 year old daughter could write better prose ( but of course this all may be deliberate, note the brackets). Regardless, thanks for a thought provoking review.
