who are those guys? what do they know about food? the cart they use for deliver,is it refrigerated. they are just middle man entity, resellers. company like freshdirect that specialty is conventional grocery offer unique products and prepared foods done by them only. they are capable to buy from manufacturers directly not from moms and pops stores. the same with organicdirect.com.this company focuses on delivery of organic groceries, organic produce, organic prepared foods and bakery. company is big enough to buy produce from farmers directly.its valume of grocery sales provides an edge in negotiating prices and variety with manufacturers only. in addition they have their own organic restaurant and bakery. those company are here to stay. there is a infastructure and mission in place. 1ho knows if company like bread -n-brie is going to be around tommorrow? just bunch of guys, who want to take a piece of action from grocery delivery buzz.
