Dear Mr. Bernard J. Ebacher,

Some would argue that the prosecution of mr. Mak is part of a wider effort by the U.S. to counter the threat of massive theft of U.S. intellectual property by the Chinese government. But if what you say is true, the losses to intellectual contributers may not completely be on the U.S. "side". It is rather a more complex issue.
